Mahara eotc week

Hi my name is Mahara this week we had eotc. I did not go to eotc but I had fun with room 3 we had a birthday party for 7 people. And the cake was nice the best part of this week was the cake we played pin the tail on the donkey,hit the pinata and pass the parcel and we also played running races and relays. Those games were fun. I like the race but I came second I would want to this again. and spend time with the little kids.

This term we have been studying a celebration called white sunday. This learning process I did not know what it was in the first place. But now I now it was quite easy. Because I had someone that knows what white sunday is and we had to write out some facts. From the internet and we have finished. And we had to present it to our class we did not present it well to our class. Then our teacher she gave us some feedback. It was some good feedback and now we know what to do next time.

this was fun learning with my group.

I learnt what white sunday is. White sunday is on It is celebrated on the second may,october and November.and did you know most of the islands in the pacific ocean. White sunday is celebrated by people in island cultures like samoa and tonga. it is a time for people to have a holiday.

Next time I want to work on adding detail to my facts. And also I want to add more full stops and to write good facts. And to read over again so there would not be any more mistakes and something that was not good for me. was that I need help my group and. I really want to help others more. all and all the study was amzing.

Hi my name is Mahara I am a year 6 and I am going to tell you about my term. This term was cool and the high light of this term is when I went to kip. It was fun there and also we learnt about ratios. It was fun learning about ratios they were hard at first but now they are getting easier. And now I know how to make a good narrative. And we also had ruapotaka come to our school because they had to clean the school because there was this dangerous stuff that you are not allow the breath in. And we had a person named Myron Simpson and he is from the olympics he brought in his gear and we had also had. swimming and that was fun to and I wish we have a good term next term.

Myron Simpson Duffy Assembly

Hi today we had a visitor from the olympics and his name is myron simpson he had some cool stuff that he brought to our school they were cool like his bike it is so light that you can lift it with you pinky and he has a weird shaped helmet and did you know that if you were in a car and you went through a school zone over 40 km per hour you will get fined $700 and did you know that myron simpson highest speed is 110 and that is faster than a car that is allowed to drive on the motorway and most of the stuff and I learnt from him that you should always follow your dreams

Learning to keep safe

today we went to the music room and we had a session of keeping ourselves safe with constable teina it was fun now we no way to put on our seatbelt's on. and we should always look right firs then we cross because there were in 2006 12 kids that died and over 132 kids that got injured so keep safe.
