How Do Tornadoes Happen - Mahara

IALT: Reflect on what I have research on about Tornadoes

Do you know how Tornadoes form. Well have you ever empty out a bathtub and seen a little whirlpools well that is called a vortex. Well tornados are made up of moist and dry cool air. when a tornado is forming it starts off as a thunder cloud. Then the cloud sucks huge amounts of air into the centre. Then creates a vortex then it spin faster and then hits the ground, And creates a tornado.

Then tornadoes are measured on a fujita scale Also known as the F scale. For example An F 0 tornado will spin as fast 40 to 72 Mph, As for a F5 will spin as fast as 261 Mph to 318 mph.

Well that is all for today but I hoped you have learnt about Tornadoes and how they happen.
